It doesn’t matter what time you go it can be first thing in the morning or sometime around lunch you will always be met by a positive uplifted spirit who is ready to help get you on the right track. Not only is this place good for nourishing your body with everything you need it’s great for your soul. If you’re low on energy or just feeling sluggish and unprepared for your day this is the place to snap you out of it! Stop in and try them out I can promise you there is something for everyone on the menu ❤️”

“I don't normally shop for my groceries here (except for the odd thing here and there) but I do come here to make use of their hot/cold deli while I am traveling for work to find a hearty, healthier, and decent priced meal. I really enjoy their deli sandwiches including the egg salad on marble rye and the vegetable muffaletta on ciabatta, awesome sandwiches that blow any sandwich shop out of the water. And the blueberry bar that they carry from Positively Third St. Bakery is icing on the cake. I can usually get a tasty dinner to enjoy back at my hotel for less than 10 bucks. Always hot tub after too.”
“Service is very helpful. I came in for one thing, found it right away and the employee was both very knowledgeable and helpful. He helped me find what I needed. A little pushy with their sales plan, but that's just something to be expected from a retail store these days. Overall, good place although a little expensive.”

“The place parallels to none. The staff there knows exactly what you want and knows exactly how to make it. I refuse to go to any other shake place because it is not Tower Fit. They clearly are Superior to all other shake shops. I would give 10 stars if the review would let me! Visit this place as often as you can!!”
