Worst Experience ever with an online program. Didn’t advance any of rental or farm depreciation item like it used to. Wouldn’t complete home office deduction. No fixes to return errors. Sent to tax pro for review and it got stuck in the system for three weeks and was NEVER retrieved. Tax pro opened a return in the in-house software and and only option was to complete return switching spouses as the primary on the return. Credit goes to Tax pro for competition and zero credit goes to HR Block software. It has serious issues!!

I get so much more back from H&R than I would with turbo tax and I like knowing that if something is incorrect, H&R will fix it and I won't have to do much. Sue knows my situation every year. It takes me all of 15 minutes to go in, update W2s and then she quickly explains the deductions and returns and the signatures. I love how fast it it. Thanks Sue!
