My appointment was switched and I waited on the call for 5 minutes and no one was there. I then called the location and someone answered and said that my rep was in a meeting with someone they thought was me. I booked a half an hour session, which due to technical difficulties (that part is not their fault) turned into a 5-10 minute phone call, where she was completely rushing me. When I asked questions she seemed annoyed. I do not trust the information given about my tax information because I was rushed through and the yearly pay was equivalent to only one of my jobs. I probably will not be a return customer.

We signed up for a 15 minute consultation, where I was hoping to make sure we had all our documents. Instead we spent 35 mins filling out forms, only to have the tax person collect them and go back to her office. We also weren't given an estimate on cost, so when the taxes were done it was a big shock. The price wasn't unreasonable, but not having the option to decline before our taxes were done based on price felt trapping.
