I'm all about small businesses, but dang ya'll. My dryer has been broke the last three weeks, with no communication whatsoever even though the technician stated parts would be in in a few days when they came to my house. Hire more help at a living wage. I want to see small business thrive.

They came to service a new fridge and determined it needed a new compressor. They were unable to provide information regarding how long this would take, they did not return my calls, and they refused to assist in dealing with Maytag when it became clear that there were no new compressors available.
