Interrupted while using the restroom by a male who said he was doing a "bathroom check", he then kept the door open while he chatted with another male coworker. Wildly inappropriate behavior. What a violating experience. I will not return.

Never have house blend coffee in the pot. Expect everyone to use the bean to cup machines. That coffee is stronger. Do not like the bean tocup. Frustrating when you can't have the coffee you enjoy and the worker's when asked are rude and give you a handful of excuses why they can't run a pot of coffee. I will go elsewhere for my coffee. How disappointing Kwik Trip. Not everyone likes the bean to cup. Why do you think Holiday Gas station lost it's coffee drinkers??

Horrible Restroom Nazis!! Don't go here if you have children with special needs!! If you take 2 long to use the Restroom here, they will call the cops on you! Wth? Idk why they insist on kicking people out to clean the restrooms. Why not just clean one at a time? That way if the women's is being cleaned someone can still change a baby in the men's etc. They didn't do the total Restroom cleaning here, but they did insist I rush, which I could not, and then called the cops on me for taking too long in Restroom. And after accidents and having to send my hubby to the car twice for an extra pad and change of pants. Do y'all even know how difficult it is to change a dirty diaper on an autistic 3 year old? Plz also keep in mind, we have no home to go back to to do it at. So sorry for their inconvenience that we have to exist on this planet with you.

It’s hit or miss at this store - 2 out of 3 times it’s great. But there’s a dark-haired young woman manager sometimes in the mid to late afternoons, and whenever I see her I have a bad experience. She’s often standing with one or more employees joking & talking about personal matters, meanwhile there’s only one register open for a line of customers. When they do stop talking & open more registers they act like you’re bothering them. Yesterday I checked out with a guy (who was just having a confab with the manager) who didn’t say a word to me. Well, he did say “Yeah” when I asked for a receipt. Definitely no “See you next time”. It’s like that manager is toxic, vindictive, and she infects the employees. Please don’t tell me “Sorry, how can we make this a 5 star review”. Why should I go to the Kwik Trip website, that’s your job. Supervise your managers, they set the tone! This one should have been fired long ago - rude, disrespectful, fake. Meanwhile that Holiday on 21st & Tower has friendly employees, hot food & low turnover.

I don't normally like chicken, but gosh darn..... Kwik trip chicken tenders hit the the taste buds and soul in a whole new way. Not dry but not overly moist... They are just right .. like Goldie locks

I worked at #171 for a year. Extremely clickey. Manager thought it was ok for a coworker to treat me like dirt for a month with no consequences. She also felt that one night of training for overnight shift was enough to learn everything. Manager had plenty of time to come in herself early and train a female coworker though. Brought my issues to management and were dismissed. Lane the District manager has no clue what is happening in the stores he runs or he doesn’t care!

Best convenience store at a gas station ever! Just back from Alaska, a long drive, and will say this was THE BEST gas station/convenience store ever! Perfect location, amazing selection of fresh good food, restrooms were immaculate and staff superb!

Always love visiting a Kwik Trip and this one was no exception! The workers are friendly and always ready to help in any way they can. Everything is consistently laid out with very little variance so you can quickly find what you're looking for, no matter which store you visit. Looking forward to visiting again in the near future!

Very friendly people, but dishonest and lacking integrity.I spoke with a man on the phone about a money order I needed be refunded. Before headed on my 1.4 mile walk in ten degree weather, I was assured that they would refund the money order. As soon as I get there, I am greeted by a lady who tells me that they cannot refund me even though 45 minutes prior, I was assured that they would refund me.Good customer service has integrity. If you assure me that it can be done, DO IT! I walked back....cold and hugely disappointed. So, nearly three miles (in the cold) later, they have lost a regular customer.I will be telling my friends and family as well.They say they require masks in store. No one (including me) didn't wear a mask. Dishonesty is a big deal.
