    Used debit card in machine just to find out I have to purchase a loyalty card to use the restroom! Insane to charge a paying customer extra to use the restroom. Sweet lady helped me out! Thank goodness! Clean and comfortable environment

    Dryers don't dry very well. Restroom has no seat on toilet, yuck! Expensive to dry.
