I bought a used car from here in September. After 2 weeks it began having issues not blowing hot air. I found out it needed a completely new radiator and my service man recommend I discuss this with the dealer as it was a very recently purchased vehicle. When I called Northland Chevrolet they were very unhelpful with this process and helping me fix my vehicle. I was told that a car is a machine and machines break down. Additionally, I was disappointed in the poor quality of their detailing of the vehicle and the immediate need to change license plate lights. Overall, I would never recommend this business to any friends or family and will not be doing business there again.

Very very nice to me, I came in to get my car looked at because it was leaking oil. They didn't charge me, were polite the whole time, and I will be coming back!

I bought a truck from this dealership and it was the worst experience I've ever had to date! My salesman was so uncomfortable that it made me uncomfortable! I was very disappointed with him and the lack of service provided. I took time off of work twice after purchasing the vehicle, first to get it detailed-which wasn't ever completely done considering I had to remove sap stains- followed by a promise of a gas card after being disappointed. On the second visit he asked for my keys and then was surprised I had gassed up the truck I had bought on a quarter tank of gas. Then they asked me to come back when my tank was low so they could ride with me to fill up the tank-during a pandemic?! No thank you! I would have had to go back a third time and have close contact with them. All I wanted was a gas card after the hassle I went through and my time that was wasted. We had agreements that were never upheld and when I called him out on them he changed his story and played a pity card on me stating that he would have to personally purchase a gift card for me without even considering the amount of money I had spent on the truck. (2018 Toyota Tundra). I wish I could go back and never give them my business. I would run away from this place if I was looking for a vehicle. I feel cheated and lied too! Forced to give a 1 star because there is nothing lower. There were several other minor incidents I don't have the time to explain because the bottom line is I left extremely unsatisfied! Place is a joke!!

Worst place ever. Turned in a leased vehicle and because of covid we weren't there when it was inspected. There was some charges that were legitimate but there was a charge of over $500 for a scratch that went down the side of truck from drivers door all the way back to the wheel that was not there when we dropped off. It's very obvious that it was done all at once. They said there camera didn't cover where the truck was (how convenient). Spoke to Matt the manager and he basically said too bad nothing he can do. Needless to say I won't be going there ever again. Our family has 3 newer Chevrolet's that will now will be serviced at Kolar, who will also be where we shop for new vehicles.

I took my truck into the service department in late march to have some regular service done. Oil change, rotate tires, service differentials and transmission. I also had a rattling noise in the back end that I figured was suspension related. The service department ended up finding over $3000 worth of things to fix (none of which fixed the rattling I had wanted fixed). I was on a work trip,and had my employees handle the issues while I was gone, as this is a work truck. So, they had already paid the bill before I returned. Ultimately, they were going to charge me another $1200 to fix the rattling issue on top of what they had already charged . Well, it wasn't even an issue at all (which I found out after I took it somewhere else). After I got the truck back, I started having trouble with the transmission. Not shifting correctly, or not shifting in to gear at all sometimes. I took it in yesterday as I wanted to say that something they had done was not right. They charged me $120 to take a look at it (after they had screwed it up in the first place and told me that they wouldn't charge the fee). And, its still acting up. Long story short, I won't be going back to Northland Service department, nor will I recommend them to anyone. Everything was fine when I took it in. And now its far worse than when I took it in in the first place. It was not a good experience. This is the first time I have ever posted a review on Yelp. But this one was so bad, and I am so upset, I figured I had to.

I've been doing business with them for years, and own two cars from there. I have had some good experiences, but several bad. 1. Bought a car off the used lot- 3 days after, the touchscreen went out. They charged me full price for a diagnostic report and the repair of it. 2 days after that, my window motor broke. Don't buy used cars from there. 2. Scheduled an appointment for an inspection on my other vehicle. sent my fiancé to drop it off and pick up the loaner. No one there had any idea or record of my appointment, even though I had gotten a confirmation email about it. The gentleman who took the keys had no idea what was going on. Do people not communicate there? How did a schedule appointment get lost? I will not be purchasing a car there again. I would urge others to go elsewhere.

Had one of the worst experiences working with their service shop. Brought it in to be repaired, it was pretty expensive, but I figured it was worth the price to have it done by a Chevy dealer. Two days after getting the car back from the shop I experienced the EXACT same issues I was having before. They diagnosed my car a second time and gave a completely different issue and quoted an absolutely ridiculous price for repair. I will not have them doing any further work on my car and am bringing it to a different shop that I can trust. Would not recommend to anyone looking for car repairs!

Dan Ploehn was absolutely awesome! I went in unsure if I could get the vehicle I wanted and he did absolutely everything he possibly could have and got me into it! He was funny, and personable! Which is GREAT when you're spending a couple hours in one place! Everyone there was very nice and helped me with any questions I had! Great experience!
