This is a typical Perkins. Building is old but kept clean. Waitstaff is friendly. It's a chain restaurant, so it's chain restaurant food... which is ok.

No longer the place to eat in town. Food tastes like it was microwaved and not actually prepared in-house. The service was fair, though I would encourage the servers to get work in Minnesota where the base pay is better. Their credit card machine doesn't work, but they said they have an ATM with no fees to use if you don't have cash with you. The ATM wasn't working either, and, oh yeah, the machine charges $3.50 to use.Bring cash if you're going here to eat.Wheelchair accessibility: Doors are wide enough, though you will need to have someone hold them open.

I am getting so frustrated with Perkins I don't want to go back anymore. The food is average in taste although it is often not served hot. My real problem is that serving sizes keep getting smaller while prices go higher. And on my last trip I paid with THEIR gift card and they charged me a processing fee as if it was a credit card. I won't go back and I won't give their gift cards anymore.

Been going here for about 5 years now, almost everyday for breakfast. I have come to know the staff well and keep up to date on the happenings around town. It's really nice to a place where you can go and know it will be a good experience every time.

Like it here. Choose your spot overlooking The Lake or not. Service we had was great. Younger servers need to learn the skills ours had. Coffee ok but pricey for what it really costs. Improve handicap parking. Too distant. Too hard.Food was good.Parking: For most parking is ok. For handicaps, way too far away. And drop-off curb ramps also too far away. Cut a notch out right in front of the front door and put in a wide sloped ramp, please!

Not a huge fan of Perkins kitchen food. Being I know most of it is microwave cooking. Prepped for speed cooking, not quality cookin. That being said, the deserts are their own category. The display case always looks great and something always catches my eye when picking up food for deliveries. The staff is always pleasant and the restaurant clean. I just know from experience how some things operate there. Like needing water to the building to serve orange juice. Water and oj shouldn't be a combo. When I think Perkins I think poor man's IHOP or rich man's Dennys.

My daughter and a family friend and myself had lunch there on that day, it was in the middle of the week, it wasn't very busy, our waitress was friendly, nice and courteous the food was pretty good, the place was clean, including the men's restroom.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely kiid friendly, and there's plenty of high chairs, for the very young! Plus they have a kids menu available.
