We went right away in the morning to get him and they were so kind! We were so upset and overwhelmed and Jennifer treated us with kindness and respect, we were so relieved to bring our boy home.”

I ran into some problems on a job that I rented equipment for and they were very reasonable and accommodating with slight changes to the equipment that I had rented mid project. I fully expected at least some additional fees or charges, but they were very helpful and understanding when it came to my project plans changing when they didn't need to be. The customer service was refreshing and much appreciated!”
“I love Matilda's. So do my dogs when I come home with all the homemade treats! They have a great selection of premium pet food and an incredible selection of treats and chews! This is a little hidden gem! Love picking up toys there too! Would much rather support a local business than the big box stores. Great customer service and it feels like I'm at a coffee shop whenever I stop in because of the conversations and atmosphere at Matilda's.”
“The Sanke Pit in the basement of A World of Fish is a really neat place to take your kids. If they are interested in snakes and reptiles. They have everything from snakes to an alligator and everything cool in-between. My son was able to hold his first snake ?”
“I took my dog here to get his nails cut and they were amazingly fast. He always has a problem because of his big body on the little tables but the dog artist came into the lobby and cut his nails which I could tell made a huge difference in his experience. He was very happy afterwards”

But there are dog owners that come here and let their dogs crap right out front of the store and DO NOT pick up after them - so watch your step! If you cant pick up after your dog, you probably shouldnt have one. PetSmart should address this issue.”

“We found the same dog 2x in the last 2 weeks running around without a collar or anything, so we swooped her up in my van and got her to the shelter. Where the staff was great! She was friendly, helpful and reassuring. Even tonight when it was a police officer that came to take her in, since they are closed on Saturdays, was very nice and respectful of us and the dog. I'm so glad there is a safe place to help those escape artist dogs out there!”
