I ran into some problems on a job that I rented equipment for and they were very reasonable and accommodating with slight changes to the equipment that I had rented mid project. I fully expected at least some additional fees or charges, but they were very helpful and understanding when it came to my project plans changing when they didn't need to be. The customer service was refreshing and much appreciated!”

This is a little hidden gem! Love picking up toys there too! Would much rather support a local business than the big box stores. “I took my dog here to get his nails cut and they were amazingly fast. He always has a problem because of his big body on the little tables but the dog artist came into the lobby and cut his nails which I could tell made a huge difference in his experience. He was very happy afterwards”

“I thought for sure this would be a pretentious boutique for dog dressers, but was happy to find a reasonable prices in down to earth doggie goods. Got my new pup a harness, and some delicious treats for under$20. I'll be back.”

“One of the better petdmarts. The associates are all very kind snd care for animals. I saw someone inform a customer they couldnt get a certain fish because their tank was much to small snd help guide them to fish they could safely get. They did it politely, and kindly. Its wonderful to see them caring for both the animals and customers keeping everyone informed and ensuring their animals are getting better conditions thst historically the big brand pet companies have. I have a cane and they make sure to assist me when I csnt carry something and are overall thoughtful while not treating me differently, its refreshing and makes for a welcoming environment.They also price match now so I will be going to them for all of my shopping needs.”
