I just wanted to leave a quick review after a recent experience. I’ll start by owning my part—I missed a 9 AM truck reservation on 6/28, so when we showed up and it had been cancelled, that was completely on me. Fair enough.
When we asked the employee if there were any trucks available, we were told no, which we understood. But when I asked if he could check other U-Haul locations nearby, he flat-out said none of them would have trucks.
We checked online ourselves and found one immediately at the Hermantown location and were able to book it without any issue.
If employees don’t have access to other locations’ inventory, that’s totally understandable. But if that’s the case, just say so. Don’t make blanket statements and confidently hand out wrong information—it’s unhelpful and unnecessarily dismissive.

Excellent customer service at Range Rent All in Eveleth. Also in Superior. Went above and beyond to make moving a little less yucky. 🙂

Horrible customer service, one person working, waited in line for 30 mins to be told I had to wait approximately 30-45 min to have a propane tank filled while he helped evreyone else first. Claimed he couldn't leave inside the store while there was a line, yet kept going outside to get people their rentals. Last time I ever use this place. Go to Kimmes in south end for your propane as they actually want your buisness.

UPDATE - great customer service with “the Boss Lady” fixed & corrected (simple issue with security card) in less than 5 minutes - would recommend coming in on Thursday (when she is available)
WoW - Super Poor Customer Service!!! Given an access “Key” card that does Not Work! Has never worked & Told if I brought my card in they could fix or replace it - when I do (with the same person who witnessed the “Boss Lady” say that to me) wants to charge me $5 to replace a non working card that he gave me in the first place that has never worked! I hope to never go inside this Superior, WI

Clean truck, polite customer service employees, on phone and working the customer service desk. I highly recommend U-Haul in Superior WI.

Top best price for amazing service and best storage facility around, no other place has better security and personal locks meant to keep others from breaking in. if you want your items to be safe and not have to spend tons of money, then Uhaul is the only place to go.

When i called for assistance i didn't recurve help right away then i was told i needed to swipe a card. I was not given a card. I then asked what card i needed to swipe. Got no response. So i needed to call uhaul customer service to figure out access after hours. Ithink if you need a card to gain access it should be left in locker with lock if you move in online as well.

I was given a trailer to take 1600 miles with bad tires. I was lightly loaded and limited speed to 55 mph. I had a blowout in a bad place in heavy rush hour traffic and felt in danger. The UHaul in Texas agreed the remaining old tire was bad and they would have replaced it before renting the trailer.
