I have ordered items with tracking numbers…says the package has arrived at PO but then it takes another 2 days to get it actually delivered. Poor!

Pretty good service. Everyone there is usually pretty nice. Only downfall is the service is SUUPPEERR slow depending on who you get. Theres a young lady who works there who always gets me in and out no matternthe issue, alternatively theres a middle aged man who takes ages to get anything done. Definitely not a place i'd try to get something quick done if you had a few extra minutes.

Can't even bring a package an extra 10 feet to the steps. Just literally dropped it inside the gate. Never had this issue before but apparently besides not hardly getting my mail anymore, I'm also likely to have my packages potentially stolen because instead of them being brought to my door as specifically asked this is now the procedure for USPS. Good thing the money I pay for shipping and postage is being put to good use.

Apparently this is what makes a simple package undeliverable. Twice ...

Received a text that a package was "undeliverable" and that there "was no access to my house" even though my husband has spent the whole morning clearing the sidewalks up to the door, and the road was plowed?? Ridiculous.

I hope to update this review with more stars if the issue is resolved in my favor. Our property management is remodeling our unit and temporarily placed us elsewhere. Not the postmaster but a man I'm assuming is manager (the others looked to him for an answer) told me a mail hold is the best option for this short term situation, and that we can pick it up and keep held as time goes by.Three days in a row we have gone to the Post office as something very important and needed is supposed to arrive. Otherwise, we wouldn't go in that often. Today, a younger woman with long hair who works there often scolded my husband and told him that we can't pick up our mail each day. No regard for what our situation or need might be, just inconvenience to her having to walk 20 steps to a cubby where the mail is held. After her attitude today I'm fairly certain she lied two days prior when she said there was nothing there. Yesterday there were things dated as far back as September 23. I normally wouldn't say something like that without knowing for certain, but her behavior is weird and way out of bounds which is causing distrust and worry. No one at USPS has authority to say that you cannot get your mail when needed. It's YOUR mail. This is MY mail. This woman on a power trip shouldn't be working the desk if she can't be kind or give people their important letters. And if it's an issue to pick up held mail but continue the hold, they shouldn't suggest the practice or allow it at all.

They have destroyed two packages so far that I sent out. Both were split on the sides and looked as if they had been dropped on their sides. Horrible.

Rude people that do not care about your mail or it's proper delivery.

Obviously no respect in people’s belongings or peoples money. Got a few packages supposed to be sent to my mailbox but since my name wasn’t on a sticker on my mailbox and they got sent there. By the way nobody else around me has stickers on their mailboxes. They got sent back to the post office and then sent back to the distributor. I went the next morning to get the packages to have a supervisor give my girlfriend and I attitude when he was asked a simple question. Man should be fired. You don’t talk in the service industry like that when the people haven’t done anything to deserve that kind of behavior.

I have had a pleasant visit every time I come here. The service was prompt and professional. I was in-and-out without a wait. The employees were chipper and positive vibes were in the air!

People are discriminating because of the tone of my voice when I'm irritated yes because the ripped my letter open and destroyed my envelope basically invading my privacy management/supervisor Zack was laughing as I was talking as if something was funny but he obviously doesn't understand the severity of privacy and or trust and security in these companies to deliver sensitive information or material this is a serious situation he put tape on my letter and fixed it but I dont appreciate how the situation was handled in a whole predominantly white workers in an establishment need to be retrained how to deal with people of color these employees here are simply hostile and very confrontational my money spends like the next person's all I ask for is equality
