As usual I had the best experience when I came to pay my bill. I do that at the Victra store in Superior WI as I don't have internet. Staff, especially Cody, was very kind & helpful.

I was in the store today with my daughter who had a problem with two phones. Cody was more than awesome with working through the problem of both phones. I was in the store today to help my mom buy a new phone. I give so much kudos to the one employee who was working, named Cody. Cody started there last month and was completely alone in the store (on iPhone drop day). They kept a positive attitude for the entire two hours I was there, simultaneously helped two different customers, and greeted every person who walked in and out the door. We had to call tech support twice and Cody handled it so well as they were talking them through things and was just very friendly the whole time. I think I saw 12 people come and go in that time, and no one ever complained or lost their temper because they could see Cody working very hard and with great spirit.Cody, I sincerely hope they’re taking care of you like you’re taking care of their customers!

I dealt with 2 associates in there today. They both were super friendly and professional. There was someone named Taylor. She was helpful. She helped I think his name was Justin with setting up my Apple Watch. He was new. But seemed to have a clue what was going on. If you have needs with your phone they seem to know what do to.

Alex greeted me on arrival, explained everything clearly, offered options and listened to me! He juggled multiple customers with ease, providing updates to each throughout. He handled a disgruntled customer so well! Knowledgeable, professional yet personal. Exceptional service!

When my mother and I came in there was only one person working, he was already helping a customer who seemed upset with the utmost respect and trying to be as helpful as possible, there was also another customer waiting ahead of us. Despite him being the only staff he was courteous and calm and made sure to greet everyone and help everyone at a time well and thoroughly despite juggling between customers! Again, even with him being the only worker, the time we were there he assisted a total of 6 groups including my mother and I, and helped them all thoroughly and timely, despite having to bounce between and multitask besides!!! It was also the end of the day/close to closing time! The care he took of us as well as the rest of the customers we will definitely be back just because of Jaxon! Plus I walked out with a brand new phone!

I went to the store in Superior, WI. The sale guy name Alex was unprofessional. When I told him about the problem I'm having with my Data and his answer ?? was " I can't climb on the tower and fix it". He never asked me my name or phone number. Verizon is expensive but customer service is cheap.

I have been in Verizon 3 times since September 2, October and today, 12.07. Each time Alex helped me and did so in a very excellent and professional manner. He is very knowledgeable, calm and patient in answering all of my questions. This has become my favorite Verizon store! Thank you, Alex, for your expertise.
