The pharmacy is terrible at this location. They are understaffed and incompetent. They have messed up my prescriptions every single month this year so far. It's basically a garuntee that you will have issues getting your meds here.
Maybe less mistakes would be made if the pharmacy staff wasn't stretched so thin.

Chloe at the pharmacy checkout was incredibly rude to us. Kept rolling her eyes, huffing and puffing, and had an attitude the whole time. She didn’t tell us thank you or have a good day. Overall not a pleasing experience.

Walgreens Kenwood Duluth MN excellent employees. However, taking the Uscus Relief DM the pharmasist recommended and the pills are so hard to get out of the package. If I had arthritis in my hands I couldn't get them out. Just an FYI

I've never been treated so poorly and felt harassed just for don't business there. Both at check out and pharmacy. Giving store a one star rating is a stretch. Terrible experience all the way around

I notice the only good reviews sound more like an advertisement that they paid someone to write or maybe AI. Every time I go to pick up a prescription the person helping me is rude and treats you and I’ve witnessed the same thing to other people while waiting in line. But if they want you to come there and pick up a prescription you get ten calls in a day to pick up a prescription I didn’t ask for. And the when you do order one and they call you when you get there it will be another 20 minutes. And there rude to me ? Changed pharmacy’s and blocked there number done with them.

Walgreens will not look up other Walgreens stores.. you have to have the information. The pharmacy there is a complete joke. Never have the correct information. Always working 1 person for everyone while you can see in the back, the techs on their phones. Service is always slow and never accommodating and @ times... especially when you are in the phone with them...they talk all slick & get mouthy and downright rude. The females are the worst & the men are just slow and don't care about giving any close to great service. They give off the air that you will be served when they get to you because they know we need the prescription. Transferring my prescription to another store because this pharmacy is bulljive

I have called Walgreens superior on tower Ave 7 times to speak to pharmacist and u can't get thru, u have to talk to a call center who transfers you and then u get hung up on, Walgreens u suck!!
I spend alot of money in scripts a. Month I need to find a different pharmacy who can actually help

Went to your store today the CLERK, was rather annoyed that I wanted to check out, your see he was on his cell phone, given by the government I'm sure. He gave me the nasty, look an l practically threw the Items at me. I don't feel save in the store anymore!

Every time I’ve had a prescription filled here, the staff are very rude and condescending. I recently changed insurance and they acted as if it was the most inconvenient thing in the world, and treated me like I wasn’t a human being. They don’t even greet you as you walk up to the counter. The Superior Walmart pharmacy staff are the best - I’ll be going there from now on.

Walgreens in Superior WI has a very rude and unprofessional woman working in the pharmacy department...told my wife how she doesn't make enough money to deal with customers problems when they couldn't supply needed medication for diabetes. She then hung up on my wife and the pharmacist called and hollered at my wife on the phone for upsetting his employee. We have been customers of Walgreens pharmacy for decades...but no longer. Beware of this business.

Pharmacy is suppose to be open at 7. Pharmacist walked in 15 minutes late and I asked him how long it would take for me to grab my prescription since I had to get to work. My prescription is already ready and he told me a half hour… he had a very rude tone and it makes no sense to me how it could take that long when it’s ready. Now I have to be in pain all day at work.
