N.E.W. Credit Union in Suring was wonderful when dealing with my mother's accounts. I worked with Kim ~ who was efficient, respectful, plesant and helpful. She got the job done!!

I have experienced some very unsettling feelings about doing my banking here. When my husband and I got married we wanted to include my name on the account and the president of the credit union at the time said to my husband “Are you sure you want her (referring to me his wife) on your account? That was quite rude and didn’t make me feel good about working with this credit union. When we included my husband on accounts I previously had as a single person elsewhere we did not have to deal with rude people like that. Recently my husband and I came to make a withdrawal and the teller would not even listen to what my husband said to her and cut him off. They are very unprofessional in my opinion.

Great credit union. Friendly staff. Suring branch is open until 11am on Saturdays. However, I went through the drive through today, a Saturday, at 10:30am and sadly, they were closed.

Best place to do your financial business. I have always been treated politely and always greeted with respect and confidentiality. Everyone working at either branch treats you the same. And that to me that kind of customer service is important. I recommend all my family and friends to them.
