Please do not go to this place. First time in body and soul and I felt so horrible. First they did not tell me what the full session includes and there was miscommunication between me and the front desk. I have done soo many massages in the past five years, this is my first time, in 60 minutes felt like 5 minutes.we started exactly 5 and she ended 45 minutes on the dot. Just on my back we could not even come front. This is my first time in my life writting a review on any page. I even wanted to add more time but they said they cant. worst experience ever. Never ever going back. Maybe I might save someone from going.

Patti is so knowledgeable and offers many adaptations and suggestions within a yoga session so that the yoga pose or activity is accessible to all. Her cues to incorporate movement with breathing is so valuable to me. I highly recommend her classes!

Patti offers a variety of classes and they are all based on her extensive knowledge of the human body. She can explain hard things in an easy way. This insures that things are not just done, but done safely and correctly. I’ve loved her chair yoga class for several years. Since COVID I’ve also added the Restorative class and the Strong and Fit. The latter is my new favorite. It’s an hour using a stability ball and hand weights The work out is as good as any I ever got at the YMCA. I encourage anyone at any fitness level to try her classes. You’ll feel better for it.

Stopped in for a massage and was treated to the magic hands of Darlene. I have been to this location before, and they have done a great job remodeling. The atmosphere is very soothing and the staff are always friendly. I don't live in the area, or I would have booked Darlene again. She did a fabulous job and it was one of the best massages I have gotten. Worth checking this place out!

After spending significant money on some non-traditional chiropractic treatment and on physical therapy, what I have found has helped me the most with back pain relief is adding massage to my physical therapy. Cindy is great. She takes the time to really listen to you and tailor her treatment to your needs. I look forward to my weekly massage and feel these sessions are well worth the cost. I am so thankful that I took this step in promoting my well-being.
