“Come in off Sussex on the east side of the building and park in the truck staging area. Ok to park overnight, potopotties on lot. Driver check in is the door right across from the lot. Go in and straight ahead up the stairs. Read the signs and follow the directions (basically don't approach the window until you're called) and you'll get your dock assignment. Pretty much the same as all the other reviews, which I'm glad I read before coming because I would have gone to the wrong spot and been all confused ?
Lady at the desk was super nice, loading was fairly quick, good amount of space to get into the docks. If you're picking up recycled paper, be ready for a messy trailer!”

I call first but it seems complicated discussing about it so I decided to go to the store in person. They were able to help me in person to get job done. “All in all, I like this location for convenience and most of the employees. Song is always pleasant, kind, and helpful, love that guy! Only caveot, there is a newer employee there for the past couple months, younger guy, who just seems crabby all the time. He won't make eye contact, he just points people where to go without looking at them or saying anything. Kind of weird, can definitely make going there unpleasant if the other employees are busy. Don't know what his deal is.”
“This is the best FedEx location I have used. Employees are always so friendly and helpful and I swear, packages I ship from here seems to get where they are going a lot faster. I don't know??? May help that they are located right next to the airport.”
“I have frequented this location a number of times and I've always had good service and experiences. Today, I had to drop in to ship something back for work, and needed a receipt, and Jay was kind enough to show me the self-service kiosk and print the receipt for me. He was so friendly and kind, and I hope the store appreciates how wonderful he is to work with!”
“Went to fed ex for copying and faxing stuff. I was so lucky to run into Claire who is at the front desk. I’m 78 years old and don’t know how to fax. Don’t have a copy machine. Don’t have a computer. I have a iPhone and a iPad. Anyway, I had important stuff to get out to an insurance company. Claire was so helpful so experience so thorough in her job. I had two hours on the phone with my insurance companies and Claire made me feel better after the two hours with them on the phone. She sent things off and as a result, I bought extra stuff that was on sale in your store. Thank you very much for having people like Claire. She’s a joy, easy to work with and definitely an asset to the company.”

“one of the most fast paced,easy to learn jobs ive ever worked for. 12hr shifts if wanted 4 days on 3 off the rotate. Sussex & Hartford had all the overtime tou could ask for was pulling in 84hrs a week if I wanted. Great job for a beginner who's looking to prove themselves a hard working individual.”
