Have to wait forever for prescriptions. Waited in line for 35 minutes and then they closed as soon as we pulled up to the window, there were only 3 people in front of us as well. Would not go here ever again.

So short handed and take all day for 1 prescription. Never answer phone and if they do its a tech that acts like she's knows what to do. In result ends up creating a bigger mess. Some of the pharmist refuse to fill my pain meds until day if vs others let me 2 days prior. Another walgreens 20 Miles away is nothing like this. Hire staff and pay them.

I've had it with them. Urgent care sent a Rx for an ANTIBIOTIC to them and 28 hrs later still nothing. No delivery truck today. No answers. No suggestions. I checked around and Pewaukee Walgreens had what I needed and took the time to look up my order and placed it for me. Oh, and Menomonee Falls Walgreens hung up on me. ???? Understaffed they say yet I've seen four people in pharmacy at one time...Will drive out of my way to Pewaukee in the future....

I have attempted to pick up a prescription 3 different times around 730/745 and the pharmacy will already be shut down as well as the drive thru even though the hours say they are open until 8. Extremely frustrating when I cannot get there any other time due to my work schedule.

I use to prefer this pharmacy over all the other walgreens locations. Unfortantly it has gone right down hill. Two months in a row when I have called the pharmacy ahead of my prescription being refilled they have re-assured me that they had my prescription in stock and enough of them, they take literally an entire day to fill prescriptions when it use to only take not even an hour, then recieving messages stating my prescription has been filled only to find out once I get there that they infact do not have enough to fill the entire order even though they told me multiple times that they did and are not able to transfer the Rx to another pharmacy within there network either which makes no sense if its another walgreens. So you are forced to take a half filled prescription since you are not told this information until the evening on friday night since they take so long to fill Rx's that they have has in there system for days ahead of time when your doctors offices are already closed and can not call in your Rx at a different location then for days. I do not fully blame the pharmacy staff, I completely understand they are understaffed and can only handle so much being spread too thin but at this point WALGREENS CORPORATE NEEDS TO STEP IN and get there stores back on track because customers are no longer putting up with it.

Typical understaffed Walgreens, but with an ample parking lot. Too many items don't have price tags, and the line to check out can be long. I didn't notice any lazy workers, they are just overworked.

Lots of frustration with the Sussex Walgreens pharmacy. Poor communication with frequent misinformation re insurance needs. We were advised to avoid this store when we moved here a few years ago. Time to take that advice.

The staff are incredibly unprofessional and just rude in the pharmacy. It’s been a headache for the last year coming here. Customer service is dead not their strong suit!!!!

If I could give this pharmacy a zero I absolutely would. They are the absolute laziest pharmacy I have ever had the displeasure of having to deal with both as a patient and professionally. I have been sitting directly next to the Physician as they spoke verbally with the Pharmacist giving a verbal order only to be told 4 hours later that the prescription was never called in. It wasn't until I stated I was right next to the Physician when they called in the prescription that the pharmacy "magically" found the verbal order. They will flat out lie to you that there is nothing they can do and to call your insurance when it is an issue they are responsible for correcting. They will also tell you there is nothing they can do and to call your insurance even when it is an issue they could easily help resolve. Save yourself the headache as well as many hours of your life stuck on the phone on hold with them and take your prescriptions to any pharmacy that is not the Sussex Walgreens.

All the employees are so nice, and willing to help. They are under a lot of stress due to short staff, yet they took the time to help me, and provided outstanding customer service. I will definitely be coming back again!!

Don’t go here!!! I get reminders that the RX’s are filled then go in to find out they’re not. Drive thru constantly shut down and have to go inside. Supposedly no staff but you see 3 of them standing around doing nothing!

Scheduled a COVID test. Go to this location to drive through and it is closed. There is nothing stating what to do outside, so have to go inside. There are numerous people that are in there for the same reasons and trying to find out what to do. Do you think it might make sense to call or email the people that are getting a COVID test to not come due to staffing shortage. I got a text reminding me of that test. I understand the lack of staffing. I don't understand not communicating about it and then letting a lot of people that are in for testing come into the store. I might not have it, but have a much better chance now. Booked CVS and will use them going forward.

I would give 0 stars if it were possible. Pharmacy staff doesn't know what they are doing. Get ready to wait and wait and wait. It doesn't matter if you call in ahead. It really doesn't matter what you do. I'll be switching all my prescriptions elsewhere.
