We have been a renter for over 4 years. Never have we ever encountered any issues with construction or quality. The area is paved and well lit. Being from the area it's conveniently located right off of hwy 151. The owner keeps great care in making sure everyone's units are locked up as mine wasn't once. Highly recommend if you can get a unit very high in demand for this area.

I'm renting a small unit and for what I need it works perfectly. The service has been top notch, every time I've called with a question or need help when my key broke in the lock they were there right there to help.

I like the facility so far. Some carts for hauling things when the unit is mid way down the building would be handy.

I rented a 20 x 10 climate controlled unit for about a year. The unit was very clean and very convenient. Plenty of room to park your truck, load, unload, etc... The climate control features worked very well. After one year, my stuff was in the same condition as when I first stored it. Monthly automatic payments worked really well. The manager (Dan) was also very responsive and friendly every time I called for info or for questions. I highly recommend Fondy Storage.

Do not use this storage unit. The owners will make any excuse as to why you won’t get your deposit back. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY

I would stay away from this place. They will not release your security deposit if you leave a small pile of dust. They get $3 a minute for 60 minutes to sweep. I would attach a picture if yelp allowed.

Great storage experience and awesome price compared to what I’m used to or was quoted. Moved from twin cities and they responded to all communication within 12 hours, unit was perfectly sized and accurately described, and Stephanie was such a help all around. Would highly recommend for a nice close storage place.

I would give them 0 for a review if I could. To be honest if you're looking for a place to store a vehicle I would stay far away from Fondy Storage because I stored my vehicle in their unit and while storing it I had it parked on a brand new tarp to make sure that if my vehicle were leaking I wouldn't leave stains in the unit and found out that I'm now out my $100 security deposit for oil stains that were in the unit from a prior tenant and I had also left my unit with no dirt, dust or stains from my 2 months of using it due to cleaning it the day prior to my lease being officially terminated and all of the sudden I'm also told I left dust in the unit. Do yourself a favor and take pictures of the unit before you store a vehicle.

The owners of Fondy Storage refuse to work with us as neighbors regarding their parking lot lights. So rude. It would be such a simple fix. Sadly, we've been asking them to tip their lights down for more then 6 months. Still they shine right through our house every night.

I dealt with the owner Jerry and was not happy. I rented a small unit for my small motorcycle camper and was charged for 3 months plus a security deposit. My unit was not available to move into for move in for over a month. So I called to ask what was going on and Jerry gave me a larger unit for the same price but never reimbursed me for the lost month. I received a renewal notice with a huge price increase. That's when I decided to take my business elsewhere. I notified Jerry of my non renewal swept out all the wood dust from their co construction as asked. Then I waited 2 weeks for his inspection to receive my security deposit back, and I'm still waiting over 2 months now... :(
