Very, very overpriced in a horrible environment. The staff continuously made fun of white people and were rude. The manicure did not include any cuticle maintenance and the pedicure was rushed. You’re better off going to Tres Jolie, where it is actually less expensive and a calming atmosphere.

Great experience! Vanessa did my gel manicure & did a fantastic job. If I lived in the area, this would be my go-to salon. Highly recommend.Service: Manicure

I wish I liked this place. It’s so much more convenient than where I normally go and being open on Sundays is amazing BUT I’ve Been here twice for powder dip— which usually lasts me 3 weeks anywhere else—and it’s looked like trash less than a week later both times. 2 different nail artists too so it wasn’t just a fluke. I expect to have perfect nails for much longer than that when the price tag is more than $60 for a service.Service: Manicure

RUDE and overpriced! First time here, and will be my last time here! Was told a shellac pedicure was an extra $25 on top of the regular pedicure - they made me feel that the service was an inconvenience for them to do it. I should have taken a regular pedicure - paying $75 for a shellac pedicure, to learn I had to pay extra for them to take off my previous shellac is ridiculous. The nail tech mocked my conversation, was rude to my mother-in-law making fun of her feet and how they were 'SO BAD' - and then shamed me into tipping the staff who had to fill in to complete her pedicure because they were understaffed. I paid $195 for two shellac pedicures after being pressed into tipping THREE people - steer clear of this place and it sounds like others have had the same disappointing customer service.Service: Pedicure

Instead of waiting for acetone to work, she took shellac polish off by sanding off surface of nails so far down they are now paper thin. I had to cut them very short and hope they don’t keep tearing.Be careful who your technician is and check to see if they are doing things correctly. A very unpleasant experience and it will take my nails months to regain strength.Service: Manicure

Fat phobic and wildly rude. I went here to celebrate my Mom's birthday and treat ourselves. While we were getting our pedicures my Mom mentioned needing to walk her dog, and my nail tech went on a tangent about how her friend lost almost 100 lbs walking their dog and how we should try it. I was shocked and upset. It was entirely inappropriate and rude to say anything regarding our appearance. I'm paying for a service, not asking for health advice. I'll never go here again. If you are a larger person, just know this place isn't welcoming.

I have gone here before and had generally good experience, but not today. I walked in without appointment on a Sat which was my mistake. The owner had a very gruff manner and said they'd squeeze me in before next appt. After picking my color and seated, I was told they only had time for an express pedicure (which the 2 ladies next to me were getting). The technician did a good job but boy, it hardly expresses how fast it was. The ladies next to me had been seated when I walked in and were still there when I got out of my chair. They received services I did not. One of them mentioned that the owner seemed quite stressed. One said she would pay for both of theirs and was told 2 express pedicures was $60, so I know what service they had. The owner practically demanded cash, not very politely. I prefer a polite sign stating they prefer cash transactions. The owner asked my technician twice to empty or fill the 2 stations next to me during my pedicure. They have a small dog in the salon who is very cute but is left on a very long tie up (much longer than a leash, maybe 20') and wanders the store. I nearly tripped on the leash as the dog was tussling with an empty water bottle near the register, wary that the rope was going to run over my freshly polished nails. Bottom line: I would have preferred they ask me to come back later.Service: Pedicures

Vanessa has a gift of creating beautiful gel/acrylic nails....I like mine more natural looking not bulky or chunky...
