If I could give this place greater than five stars, I surely would. They are prompt, courteous, honest, personable and thorough. It's not always easy to find a great auto shop, but this is definitely the spot. Wonderful customer service from Emily. Will be back again for sure!

In the past couple months my car has broke down twice, and all I had to do was call and give them a heads up I was getting a tow there. Both times they didn’t fix anything that didn’t need it at that time. Highly recommend these fellas!

At the end of a girls trip, noticed a leak in one tire and we were supposed to be headed home to Chicago. Went right over to Quick Care as soon as they opened. They took me right away diagnosed my issue swapped me out for the spare (I'm still under Ford warranty). We were in and out within 20 mins. Very fair price and everyone was so friendly! Definitely 5 star service!!

Very welcoming and personable. I was happy with getting an estimate here. They were quick but thorough and made sure I understood my cars diagnosis.
They also have the best trained puppy :)

I'm so happy I found this place! My main auto repair shop closed when the founder retired, and I tried the big companies, but I've always preferred the home-feel of local and family-run businesses. Emily and the crew here were all so friendly from my first phone call, and they went out of their way to make sure my car was taken care of! (AND it was during the busy holiday season when other places weren't even returning my calls!). They are my new favorite happy car place! (And did I mention they have an adorable rescue shop puppy too?! 😍) So happy I found this place, thanks to my gf's good referral!

Emily and Anthony at Quick Care Auto are the best! We took both of our cars for a check-up and maintenance recently. They were very helpful, thorough, honest and quick with their service for a great price! I'd recommend them to anyone and won't take our cars anywhere else!

Well, I was excited to find a new mechanic in the area as we just moved here. Went here a couple times with very limited results and thought this would be the last time. Made an appointment to check out my new truck, give it the once over with an inspection )which I was happy to pay for) change/check fluids, get an oil change. Made an appointment, owner wrote down the services requested, came on the agreed upon date and time, confirmed with the employee and owner what we’re doing that morning (even asked for a tire quote). Before leaving I was told the owner wanted to go hunting so I asked what time he wanted to leave by and agreed I would be back before that.
Got the call that the truck was done…. With an oil change. Nothing else. Just told to come back again a different day and they’d do the rest of the work as they “didn’t have time today.” Yeah, no thanks. No real apology, nothing from the owner about I should have not scheduled you knowing I wanted to leave. Just a “come back and inconvenience yourself a different day for a fee” attitude. Not the way I do business so good luck.
