“I brought in my three rescue cavies for a wellness appointment. The vet and vet tech thoroughly checked for wellness on my New Guinea pigs. They provided detail care information and how to maintain wellness on my piggies - teeth, skin etc. My two year old was also able to an active part of the appointment. I was recommended of off one of Wisconsin Ferret Facebook groups and was worried they would have a doctor with broad knowledge. But the doctor here had so much information and experience working with ferrets. Abba and I had the best time. They did so amazing with her that she accepted a nail trim and barely squirmed around. I am a 100% making this Abbas permanent vet they are everything I can ask for and more in an exotic vet.”

“We recently had both of our dogs in to be spayed and for dental work. We saw Dr. Rollman and a couple of different vet techs. I can not say enough good things about the staff here, including the front desk/office staff. From the moment we walked in the door, our animals (and us) were treated with so much kindness. You could tell everyone there really loved animals and it was so comforting to feel like our animals were in good hands. Dr. Rollman himself called me after each surgery was complete to fill me in. In addition, a vet tech called me the day following each surgery to make sure my pets were doing well and I did not have questions. In addition, Dr. Rollman did an amazing job with both of my dogs! They were both up and back to themselves within a day, and seem happier now than ever. I applaud everyone here for outstanding care and service. I would absolutely recommend taking any of your loved pets here!”

“Several years ago, at the advice of a friend, I called and made an appointment with Dr Ann-Margret Morgan for a second opinion. I had a Bernese Mountain Dog that was having severe issues, I had been to the ER vet multiple times and my regular vet at the time just kept telling me she had arthritis and IBD and I was pumping my dog full of meds that weren’t helping her. After 3 days, Dr Morgan had her diagnosed. She had Addison’s disease. A simple 5mg of prednisone daily is all she needed. After a week on the medication, I saw my dog run again and start to get back to her normalself. She saved my dogs life. Dr Morgan is my current vet for my 4 Bernese Mountain Dogs and our 2 new rescue kitties. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. She takes a proactive approach while collaborating with her colleagues. She practices both regular and holistic medicine and applies them appropriately. She goes above and beyond for my pets and I trust her completely. I also have to pay tribute to the support staff, they are all loving and caring to my pets. It’s always a fun outing when we go. I couldn’t recommend a care facility more than Silver Spring Animal Wellness.”

“I came to Norwood with my dog who previously did not so good at her last vet. I was super nervous for the appointment thinking it was going to turn into a full sedation visit. Our tech, Abby, did fantastic with her. Let her warm up to her, and gave her many treats to get her love lol. Dr Ben came in, and did the same. I was blown away with how the exam went. Dr Ben was able to get a full exam done, answer all my questions, and give great advice. My kiddo did great. I left having a better understanding of everything, and comfortable with the course of treatment we decided with her allergies. Their clinic is decently priced, and they also offer texting services which is an added bonus! Will definitely be returning with my kiddo!”

Their staff was courteous and thorough, and were clear about standard fees, as well as anticipated costs. The vet was excellent, taking the time to walk me through everything she thought was going on. Our second experience was working with their rehab team following our dog's injury. Dr. Luginbill and her team were amazing! The first consultation was extensive and incredibly helpful for setting the path for the therapy course. We had so many questions, and Dr. Luginbill answered every one. After each rehab session, we recieved personalized emailed instructions and videos of our dog doing the specific exercises. Cost was very reasonable given the extent of what they were doing. Our dog is recovering nicely now and I would not hesitate to return to BluePearl for future concerns.(photo included is one they sent us of her receiving a laser treatment :))”
