Walgreens is a store for prescriptions, health and beauty products, and photo printing. The pharmacy hours are listed. This location is generally considered a great store with friendly and knowledgeable people. Managers and longer-tenured workers do a great job of running the place overall. The pharmacy is pretty good about filling prescriptions. The pharmacist was very nice and helpful, and pharmacy techs seem nice too. There is exceptional service, knowledge, and outstanding customer care from the pharmacy staff. However, experiences can vary. One customer received a COVID booster shot but encountered confusion from a staff member about the vaccine formulation and lot numbers, though the pharmacist was more helpful and clarified. Another time, front-end staff appeared extremely sleepy and unaware of a forming line, requiring a shout for help before service was provided. Despite nationwide staffing struggles, the team does a great job and is very patient with folks. Occasionally, medications can be out of stock, but they are ordered and filled in a timely manner. Overall, many customers prefer this Walgreens over other nearby locations.
Very helpful customer service to get passport photos on the spot after very negative experience at UPS mequon who could not hold up their service promise. Thank you!

Very pleased with the very helpful service on a Saturday night by Franco! He helped me find multiple things within seconds and was very nice about it. You don’t get that type of service anymore these days. This guy definitely deserves a raise! Keep it up Franco! Appreciate ya!
