Switched my lines over from Verizon. In store they refused to let me look at the plans I had to insist several times… . The guy first said $222 … I said no I was quoted $120 online. Which I was via their customer service rep… He said he fixed it that’s what I was getting plus obviously fees. Hey guess what my bill is? $222 minus my $30 in trade ins…. My caller id was set up with my
First and last name which I very explicitly told them not to do on my business phones…. Thanks for that…. . I couldn’t get into my account was not given my account number and my email address like everything else was also put in incorrectly so I didn’t receive my fan pin. This took several hours which I was super patient about only for nothing to be done correctly again I could look past that but be being charged $100 more a month then I agreed to? Nope. Make sure you get everything printed out because they’re extremely deceptive.

I forgot to get the employee’s name, but I think he had a necklace with a bullet on it… anyway, he was a super helpful, kind, and funny guy helping me get the new iPhone 16. He was very straight forward and while waiting for everything to load we had great conversation! I’ve always had a good experience with AT&T, but this service in particular was just WOW and AMAZING! Definitely will be returning if any problems pop up down the road or I need a new phone!

My daughter switched from US Cellular to ATT. The first person did not set the phone nor plan up correctly. She then went to a different store to find out why her phone wasn’t working. The gentleman in Tomah tried to help her and after multiple trips to the store, hours of wait time, she ended up with a semi-working phone, a $400 bill because she had to pay multiple activation fees, and an extra line because she cannot receive the credits if they deactivate the line. This is a very sad way to run a business and when asked to speak with a manager she was told she would have to wait in line for 2 hours. Buyers beware!!

Stopped into this store for the first time today and had the pleasure of being assisted by Lee. Lee was very accommodating and took the time to go through the phone plans and phone features with my elderly mother. He was very patient and listened to her wants and needs.
