“I went to Lyden Auto Body for service on my vehicle after I had been in an accident. The experience with them was fantastic and they are very good at what they do.When I brought my car in for an estimate they promptly helped me and sent an estimate my way. They noted they were booking a while out, as they had a list of clients ahead of me who needed work done as well. I appreciated that they wouldn't let someone jump ahead in "line." They were also very patient with me during the process of working with my insurance company and the other party's insurance company.When I brought my car in, the rental car company failed to meet me at the shop for a prearranged pick-up and Ron ended up giving me a ride to the rental company. Talk about going above and beyond!My car came back in fantastic condition and you would have never guessed I had been hit. Lyden Auto Body takes care of their customers and exceeded my expectations. “First off to all the people complaining about price. How much do you think it cost to own and operate a wrecker that can tow a semi? Insurance overhead paying someone competent to do the job safely and correctly? Second how much is it worth for someone to risk life to sit on the side of the interstate and hook up you broken down junk? $2000 sounds cheap to me I got my truck off the road safely and without damage.”
