I appreciate their timely response, and their thoughtfulness when my guest' cell phone fell accidentally as we were getting on the elevator and went right down the little space between the elevator and the floor. They were very kind, it was a Saturday and I was assured that on Monday it would be taken care of and they kept their promise.

I thought I was moving in to an apartment but, it feels like a home already. The apartment is very clean and pristine. Every effort from the staff has been made to put you at the top of the list of things to improve on and make better.I really like this place, the staff is terrific. I plan on a very long stay here.Thank-You Berry Pointe
