We had such a great experience with Capauls. Brian and AL were wonderful to work with. They installed over 1200 sq ft of carpet in lower level of home. The carpet looks great and would highly recommend this company

I finally sat down to write a review for our floors, first off. They were put the wrong way, the job was not finished and some Door floor panels needed to be put in and when we called for them to come back and finished it, they said that the guy that did our floors was going to college, I told him that I understood, but I still needed the floor finished. Someone randomly came in and finished it without Correctly reviewing the job that was done. Now I’m stuck with floors that are laying the wrong way in my house. Hopefully that doesn’t affect the value of the home.
When we noticed they were the wrong way they were already halfway through the living room and at the end when we mentioned it, there was no importance towards it, even though we were not happy with the result. We did not get a discount and they did nothing to make us happy about this ordeal. I don’t think we received importance because we were the ones that bought the materials. They only had to do the work. Copauls in Tomah, we purchased the floor from Sun, Prairie, and a flooring store and copauls installed it.
There is a picture of the longest wall in my home and how the floor was put on the opposite side. I will not call and I will not chat with you guys because you guys took three days just to have someone install my floor dividers that go under the floor. And there was no inspection done after the floors were installed. The Guy literally came in fix the pieces he needed to fix and left.

A huge shout out to everyone at Capaul's. We had a small window to get a entire house of flooring laid before moving in. I'm not sure what magic was used behind the scene to make it happen but they did it! Our appreciation goes out to John for helping us order. To Bridget for working with us to make it happen, and to the 2 men that laid the flooring, they were great to work with, funny, always a smile on their faces and did an excellent job! A million times THANK YOU ALL!
