Since moving from FandM to CCF this bank has gone downhill dramatically. They closed an account with no notice due to restrictions they have that FandM didn't and never made me aware of. I've had nothing but problems with this bank. I suggest going anywhere else to bank.

I just sat on hold for ten minutes for help with limits on my debt card that should not be there. I have called at least ten times to get this problem resolved and after 4 months with CCF, I have decided I am tired of trying to deal with the problem solving skills. I have had nothing but problems with my debt card and checks since CCF took over F&M Bank. Been with F&M for the past 6 years, no problems and even recommend them to my fiance. Definitely will not be referring anyone to CCF Bank.
