Usually the staff is super helpful and friendly but I mostly go during day. Went there tonight and order ahead on the app. Unfortunately they got something wrong and I wanted a refund. Both ladies working tonight were super unhelpful. Kept telling me to wait well helping everyone else. Then saying they didn’t know how to do refunds for their own app. It honestly should have been a quick fix. I just wanted to eat and go to bed. I would had a better experience if it seemed like they wanted to help but didn’t seem like they wanted to. Really didn’t care for the service at all. Won’t be going at night or at least definitely won’t be ordering through the app
In case something else ever gets messed up and the employees don’t want to do anything about it.

Love it here, easy access, parking can get a little out of control sometimes but multiple access points which is nice and stacked to hot bar

32 degrees outside and bathrooms are freezing. This location needs better heating. Husband had to change our newborn on the changing table and said it was freezing in the bathroom and baby was NOT happy. Not a good experience.

I am from Alaska and I had lost my debit card. Some very nice Wisconsinite had given it to the clerks an I was able to recover it . A HUGE THANK YOU TO ALL INVOLVED.

Gotta give it to the workers at this Kwik Trip no matter how busy they get they always greet you with a smile and are always courteous.Thank you! Plus they are always well stocked. .

I hate coming here. Staff is usually always rude. They dont say anything while checking you out. Employee Raquel? ( i think her name is) is absolutely useless. Horrible attitude and was sitting behind the counter while there was a line of people. I have come in many times where employees are just standing behind the counter talking, not even acknowledging anyone. There are always employees standing doing NOTHING. Worst kwik trip ever.
