Love this store but they hired a new young girl who is blonde and each time I have had her check me out she is incredibly rude. They must have just hired her. If this is a sign of the new customer service I guess I will go out of my way to another Kwik Trip.

Like other reviewers indicate, something is wrong with the gas pumps at this Kwik Trip. The pump wouldn't pump faster than a trickle. When I went inside, the employee gave me some convoluted instructions on how to get it to work. Forget it. Went to the other Kwik Trip down the road. Recommend avoiding this place unless you enjoy hassles.

It's been a long week, don't judge me. lolThe lady working tonight, I think she was a shift lead? If she sees this - she'll know who she is lolSo, I came in for gas and I, being female, waited until my gas light was on. New car, have only put gas in it a few times since I got it. For the life of me, I couldn't get the fuel door open, bought lock de-icer and no dice. Lovely lady went outside with me in the 10degree weather to help me. A few guys stopped as well. We were out there for like 20 minutes trying to get my fuel door open and still no dice. They all disperse, and lady goes back inside to work. I decide to go over n grab Arby's because "50 miles till empty" - I got time! lol and decide to try the "press unlock twice" thing on key fob thinking 'maybe that counts as a door?'.... it did.... and of course, I had to go back to tell that lady at Kwik trip, so she didn't worry about me lol We had a good laugh and I'm home with a full tank of gas and maybe a lesson learned lol I've never had a car where the unlock thing also unlocked the fuel door lol now I know! But thank you lovely kind lady at Kwik trip, you're awesome, sorry I made you freeze. <3

One of the nicest little truck stops I've been to. Plenty of parking, big spaces and clean lot.The store had a huge selection of hot food and an impressive amount of baked goods as well as fresh fruit and produce.Bathroom is clean and showers are only 8$ Try to find better at a Pilot or Flying J. I will definitely stop here if I am ever in the area again.

I had to move my semi to three different pumps before I found one that works. And when I did. The kiosk didn't. Totally unacceptable. I look around at the gas islands and fuel islands. They are nasty and haven't had a cleaning for months. Parking area has had no clean up either. Debris laying here and there. So at this point I just want to wash my hands and pay. The music coming out of the ceiling speakers was so loud the cashiers were asking customers to repeat themselves. Wth, the final straw was when I had to purchase dark roast coffee, because the regular was barely colored water. I really do like kwik trips. And they are my company's preferred stops. However I will avoid this one as much as possible.

Second time I’ve filled up at this station in colder weather, and there has been something seriously wrong with the speed that the pumps are able to dispense gas on both visits. It took several minutes just to pump a single gallon of gas. I’ve been to other stations when it’s 0 outside with no issues, so this equipment needs an upgrade.

As soon as you walk in the doors a smell of nastiness hits you. I had to stop going inside because it is a consistent smell and there is another one down Superior Ave to shop at.
