If I could give this garage a 10 star I would, they were amazing to work with. Communication was great with everything that was going on with the car. We didn't have an appointment with them it broke down at the Walmart parking lot, they said they wouldn't be able to get to it till the next day. They called later that day and had looked at it already and diagnosed what was wrong with it. All the men were great to work with and Mike our mechanic was determined to get it back on the road for us. Thank you for the outstanding service.

Don was extremely helpful. He kept good communication while my car was there to provide updates. He even advocated for me when it came to my warrenty trying to back out on coverage. Will take my car to Rick's auto again when needed.

They installed weather windows cards on partners car wrong they're binding on windows in different temp changes and she went back to get it fixed now charging her another 30 dollars for the job that wasn't done right in first place ripp off never will go back and will.never recommend someone to have them work on there cars and treat you badly attitude

I can’t recommend these guys enough. Amazing service , quick order and delivery of new tires for my family while we where driving cross country , the guys were very helpful on picking the best tires for our vehicle , good prices , amazing service and amazing personnel , would definitely recommend everyone their service!

While traveling through Wisconsin our 5th wheel camper trailer blew a tire. We took the bad tire down to Rick‘s Certified Auto. The Service and staff Were wonderful. They got the new tire on very fast and the price was very fair. The service manager Paul, was awesome! I would highly recommend the shop to anyone! Thank you

Rick’s did a fantastic job fixing my Audi. They have great communication every step of the way and were very friendly every time we spoke. They had my best interest in mind when it came to diagnosing and fixing the problem. Trying to figure out ways to do the cheapest but correct fix. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for any type of auto repair. They will defiantly be getting my business from here on out.

If you need service…. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! Cannot say enough about the emergency service we received for the tire valves on our 5th wheel!!! From my initial phone inquiry with Paul, who was as friendly and helpful as could be, to the owner. Rick, who stepped in and took immediate care of us, even though they were super busy!! I would highly recommend this repair shop for top notch service!!! YOU GUYS ARE THE BEST!!

I needed last minute oil change and alignment before leaving on a road trip and they were able to squeeze me in first thing in the morning and got done super fast so we could be on the road in time!
