The ladies on the morning shift look like they'd rather be kicking puppies than working there. Never seen them smile once. Borderline rude. The people in the Subway are fine. Cleanliness is meh. I just go there for the Subway and the Dave's cookies. Pretty much the only redeeming qualities. If you gotta stop in that area for anything else, just go to the Tomah Kwik Trip.

After leaving Loves around midnight because they had 3 sausage rollers and no hot coffee we found ourselves in an even worse predicament across the street. The cappuccino machine was down, zero hot food on the rollers, and the cold coffee had a out of order sign as well. I feel sorry for the truckers in the area. I will say their hot candied nuts were amazing.

this is a very good location, i am so tired of the privileged drivers complaining about everything, the employees do the absolute best they can, drivers now a days have no patience and expect to have their hands held and everything perfect, you are not at a Hilton hotel, or better yet, this isn't your moms home where everything is how you want it, be grateful for this location and grow up,

This is a shit show .. half the pumps prepay don’t work. The place is a mess. Bathrooms disgusting. And no one is around to help with the pumps so you can get gas.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff management are unprofessional disrespectful. This place is not a place I recommend to anyone. Loves travel stop next to road rangers is a way better place. Bathroom are cleaner showers are cleaner and staff at loves will treat you with respect and meet all your needs day or night. Very disgusting people who work and manage Road Rangers. Please don't waste your time at a DUMP of a truck stop.

TRUCK DRIVERS: while yes, if the Love's at this exit is full, there probably ARE plenty of spots available here ...5 out of every 10 lights are out (feels dark and not secure) and the bathrooms are nasty ?
