“The agent was more than helpful,!!! Excellent customer service skills, cheerful, respectful, explained EVERYTHING without any hesitation. I appreciate the way I was treated and I honestly feel this is well deserving of more than a 5 star review. Customer service is a position where no everyone has the skills and it can make or break your day when dealing with a situation when dealing with customer service representatives. NO WORRIES HERE ON MY END. THANK YOU FOR GOING ABOVE AND BEYOND THE EXPECTATIONS!!!”
“I needed a storage shed in a hurry and called several other places before they pointed me to this location. I was able to get into a unit quickly & the service I received was well above what would be expected. He took the time to make sure I got the shed I needed & allowed himself to be human while helping another human. It wasn't just a business transaction, he was truly kind. Unit was clean, service was amazing and if I didn't live an hour away now, I'd recommend to everyone looking.”

“These guys are awesome. They were able to get all of our stuff from our pods and to our home. They put all our items in there correct spots making packing much easier. When they stacked our main room they did it in a very organized mannner. I highly recommend them.”
