Their oil change check list is very detailed. I'm comfortable with the condition of my vehicle. That's why I like to take my vehicle to a repair shop for service rather than a oil change place.

I had a problem. I took my vehicle to Cordell they look at. Told me what was wrong. They said they could fix it and the next day I took it in and they did a outstanding job. If when I have another problem let will take my vehicle to Cordell's in Tomah, Will. A big thank you to these folks.

Calm, intelligent front office delivered excellent communication and customer service. They were willing to tackle some serious repairs on a long list! Excellent work done and the Escape drives “like new” . I’ll be back for more!
