Bank First is a great bank. When I walk in they say my name and say hello. Not to many other banks will do that and ALL employees that work there are VERY FRIENDLY and VERY PROFESSIONAL. If I have any problems they are more then willing to help me resolve it.

A friendly staff always willing to help. My wife's Bank card was hacked. They replaced it with a new card on the spot. Terrific service. At least 26 years of experience with this bank. Never a problem.
