Pulled up to diesel pump for pickups and credit card slot didn't work, went inside and was told I had to prepay, just guessed $60 and was told it would be autocorrected if I didn't use that much, went out and filled using alittle under $57, just seen our statement and we were still charged $60.
Won't break us but still irks me

The man working is very rude and unprofessional. If you dont want or know how to deal with customers you probably should not be in customer service job. The place could be nice but the treatment to customers makes me not want to go back. This is near my home that's the sad part. I will be making a longer drive to kwik trip from now on.

Your employee tonight gave me and my father a big problem, he was absolutely rude and when my father went in to ask for a refund after you refused to sell HIM cigarettes after accusing him very unprofessionally might I add of trying to buy cigarettes for me (21) and then state you can't refund us the money we paid YOU for gas after we changed our mind of doing business with you. Honestly worst customer service I've ever seen

Lights are all on, door says 24 hours, a car is parked out back, but the place is locked. Not happy. Why advertise a 24 hour place and not be open but appear to be opened? Crazy.’

Came at 11pm needing a restroom was aggressively told they closed at 10pm despite a 24hour sign in front of the store.
