Best Chevy dealer ever. Service center is so amazing. Had my truck blown head gaskets get rebuilt. They were informative the whole process and provided information and shown me issues along the way. So happy to be able to take our vehicles here for service.

Bad mechanics they fix your car and it come back with the same problem not fixed bad customer service they tell you it's this problem you find out it's the wrong parts they fixed and cost you a fortune in something they didn't fixs

They have been nothing but great to us. We traded in our old truck for newer used truck and have been very please. Recently they redid our breaks, wheel bearings, and rotated our tires along with a 52 point service check. They’ve always been great to us.

That changed the wrong tires. Didn't clean where the old wheel weights were.This is the Second time I've had a vehicle in there with tire issues And both times it took multiple visits to get them resolved.

Tried to buy a vehicle yet Michael Martell and Renee are the most incompetent employees at this dealership. Never before have I had to go out of my way to try and purchase a vehicle. The dealership loss in a sale since these two can't call back and complete the transaction.

Took my '04 Dakota in for oil change/tire rotation. Service manager said my rear brakes were metal to metal; could possibly need a rotor. Quoted $585 for repair. I gave the go ahead. Next day manager said they broke a brake line. I asked for an estimate; $1500 (ball park). I said wasn't sure if truck was worth that. What could they do to get me back on the road. Said he could do a patch job; couple hundred dollars. Okay; get truck on the road. 3 days later said they broke another brake line; I needed truck; repair it. Final bill $1084 (he said they only charged for the brake line; not labor). I now hear of other folks having maintenance 'add ons' when they bring their vehicles for repair. I'd be careful having anything repaired at Heritage Chevrolet in Tomahawk, Wi.

Could not buy a new. I took my 2018 Silverado in for service. They did a great job reparing the issue and the customer service was great. The prices are fair and the free Wi-Fi is an added benefit. Very clean waiting room with coffee.
