We recently were hit by a stray chain/hook that fell off a trailer. The front passenger side of our hood had a softball sized dent in it. We went through insurance and were able to get our hood replaced through Gerber. I have absolutely no complaints with them!! They were amazing, kind and very communicative. If I have any car troubles in the future I will definitely take my car here!

This has been the third time I needed repair on my car and I would definitely recommend Gerber for any repairs your vehicle may need. They do an awesome job! This time my car was repaired within a week and once again is looking brand new. New Managment shows urgency, is very professional and keep you up to date on repairs. Not only did they make the necessary repairs they also are taking care of an issue that was not resolved in my previous visit. I am very happy with their services! Thank you Gerber and your staff.

I had an outstanding experience with Karah and her team at Gerber Collision. From start to finish, they were professional, transparent, and incredibly helpful. They kept me informed every step of the way, and Karah answered all my questions!
The repair work was professional —my vehicle looks brand new again. You can tell this team takes pride in their work and truly cares about their customers.

I always meant to make a review on my experience with this business but never got around to it. Early this year my now husband hit a deer with my car, I had to take my car to a shop to get the damage appraised for my insurance. When they did the appraisal and gave me the estimate of damage. I told the employees at Gerber that I didn’t want it to get fixed. It was pretty much cosmetic damage and there wasn’t much that was really that bad. I am assuming one of the managers pushed me to get it fixed, and I continued to decline. Then the same manager said to me along the lines of- your a young kid, I have young kids myself but if my kids decided to half ass a job like that i would be extremely disappointed in them. Then proceeded to continue to push me to get it fixed until i finally said fine just do it. I’m not mad about any other experience with this company, not even how long it took to get my car back. I was livid with how they treated me and manipulated me into getting my car fixed when I made it clear that I didn’t want that. I truly hope that they never do that to anyone ever again. Doing that to someone just to get money is just plain wrong.

I had a very positive experience with the employees involved in fixing my vehicle. They kept me in the loop at every turn. They advocated for my interest with my insurance. The work was stellar. Parts were delayed as one expects these days, but they did their part of the process as quickly as the parts came in. A+ service.

Deb - Jason and the crew at Gerber Collison in Tomahawk are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G ***** A++ AMAZING caring professionals. They are ready to listen and help you out. I needed their guidance before a trip out of town. I managed to ding my tail light and needed it replaced. Not only did they know how to replace it - they had it road ready the very next morning. They tracked down the part, picked it up in a different town and took the time (overtinme and then some) to install it. All because I stopped in to get a quote and asked what my options were. ***Thank you*** You made sure our vacation was not delayed or alterd. THIS IS WHAT GENUINE service and friendship is all about!
