Nice local bank. Drive thru and atm are easy to access.

Since Tomahawk Community Bank merged with Crossbridge Bank it has gone downhill. Service is very slow in drive-thru and they don't seem to know what they are doing. They aren't open the hours they state they are and have no signs or anything as to why they are closed. It's getting frustrating and hopefully things will soon get back to they way they used to be.

Tomahawk’s Customer Service on the drive thru for trucks on Fridays is straight garbage. “How can I help you” turns into her interrupting you 3 words into answering what you want. Everyone else there is professional and nice but this one needs more training. If she would listen, she wouldn’t have to ask those questions and take longer lmao

Tomahawk Community Bank is everything a community bank should be from offering the services expected from a bank and having genuine concern for the community. The employees are helpful, friendly and knowledgeable.

In this current situation,it's good to see Cindy & Kelsey's smiling faces at the Drive up,they can surely teach some of these new ones about Customer service.

Do not bank here!! Freinds of ours had a death in the family, and this bank treated them horribly. The bank withdrew all funds from the deceased's bank accounts (after banking there for several years) to pay off a very small loan (before the funeral even took place, and the life insurance company could pay off), instead of waiting to go after the estate through probate. The death was completely unexpected. The family was put into an extreme hardship trying to pay the deceased's bills, along with their own monthly expenses, funeral expenses, flowers, etc. Then after draining the accounts, there was still a balance. The bank originally said it would absorb the $100. But then 2 months later said that it was mistaken, and that the family still owed the orginal $100, but also the penalties, and late fee charges!!!!!!
