Staff overly friendly and helpful. They care about you and treat you like family. Don't have to wait long in line or to get a refill. Would highly recommend this pharmacy!

This is a review of their lab services. I drove for an hour and a half to use their lab services and unfortunately, it was a huge waste of my time. Based on my very rough experience, it seems that the lady who drew my blood didn't have enough experience to do it properly. She initially stuck my arm, removed the needle, threw it away for some reason and then started again after searching for supplies for a very long time. She drew too many vials of blood, threw one vial out in front of me (I have no idea why) and then the receiving lab noted they received extras, which they had to toss. The most important tests I had paid for were never conducted because they were done wrong, or they were not handled and managed properly (for example, sometimes they need to be kept on ice or need to be out of direct sunlight) for the particular test - so the samples were thrown out. I am sure this a very nice person, but for the health and safety and those people paying for blood draws, they need to use someone with experience in this field. This is an important service to offer in this region and unfortunately, I now need to drive to Wausau next time for bloodwork. Also, I contacted the pharmacy through their website, but never heard back, so that's why I am writing this review - to give others a heads up. I hope they resolve this issue.

Owner needs to stay out of politics. Don't care what his views are on issues. Might ask Mickey.Aside from that, vaccination process should have been seamless but ended with billing errors. Likely won't go back.
