Julie is an absolute ROCKSTAR!!! Her disposition is cool and calm and she is extremely patient, helpful and knowledgeable. She stayed late for us, almost 2 hours past closed, and never once made us feel like she was rushing us out or showed any frustration that she had to stay late. She made what can often be a daunting and frustrating experience truly pleasant. Kudos to her and thank you, Julie!!

Absolutely amazing! I lost my phone and was able to get a new one plus change providers from AT&T to Verizon. ALYSSA was amazing and helped me through the process and even helped me recover some of my contacts and info to my new phone!
