“Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”

“Dons garage is amazing!!! I went there to get my registration renewed and it went by so fast. I was in and out. Don himself helped me and he explained everything and even put my sticker on for me he was so helpful. His shop was super clean. And it was such a great experience I’m always super nervous when I don’t have my boyfriend with me when I’m doing car things but he was super helpful.”
