“Our local post office is top notch. In the five years I've lived here, everything to totally reliable & like clockwork. Whenever I've had to go into the lobby for something, everyone is always helpful & makes the experience pleasant. I had a package get delayed along the way recently & called in to ask about it. Shannon, the PostMaster, was most attentive to my situation, kept me informed during the investigation & when it was located, called me herself to let me know my item would be delivered. I'm very pleased & feel like these people really care & I think they're doing a great job over there in that Twin Lakes Post Office.”

Many of you might not realize, but the word is they will be closing 100's of small post offices like this one across the country.
Sadly, the local small town USPS's we all know and love may be a thing of the past as they find ways to increase revenue while minimizing the services they provide.
I have never had an issue with this office and will continue to drop off my packages.”

“Great experience at USPS office in antioch, IL today. Employee working the counter was named Walter- he was friendly, fast, very knowledgeable and helpful.
The customer before me had an involved story about delivery problems and was told to come into the office. Walter was patient , listened carefully and very nicely redirected the customer to call a nearby office where the letter carriers were dispatched from and then He wrote down name and phone number. Great service.
He handled my parcel quickly and was happy to price compare 2 options. Also great service.”
“I know that a lot of customers get frustrated when lines are long and that there are only two employees at their registers. These folks are busy doing a job that you would not want. If you give these hardworking employees a little empathy and a friendly smile, you will get back what you give. But that is life.:. You get what give! (The only thing missing to get 5 stars is adequate staffing)”
“Very responsive when I call! Have had issues with some packages arriving from overseas and whenever I submit a request they call me and inform me. also my mail deliverer is Sam and she is lovely! super nice and always takes care to put my packages out of the rain :)”
