“Quality tire is awesome! I’m very picky about what tires I use and when I called to see if they carried the brand I prefer. They didn’t have them in stock but the gentleman I spoke with said he would have no problems getting them, he collected the information on brand and size, never once tried to sell me anything other than what I wanted and respected my choice, when they came in was very prompt on contacting me to set up and appointment to have them installed, I had two other issues I wanted addressed ( an oil change and had a funky burning oil smell coming from my engine) and he added those concerns to my appointment, when I arrived they took the time to ask me a few questions to help them address the issue with the smell coming from my engine that I was concerned about, they worked hard and to not only replace all 4 of my tires but also the oil change ( which cost me a lot less than where I typically go for an oil change), they found what was causing the smell, a bad gasket dripping oil onto my exhaust that needed replacing that I had already had replaced by the dealership I got my car from and instead of trying to fix it for me and costing me more money, they gave me the information so I could take it back to where I originally had it done and saved me at least a thousand dollars! They even allowed me to pick my car up after hours and when I drove home it drove so nice almost like new! I will definitely return anytime I need work done on my car and will definitely be referring my friends and family! Thank you so much Quality Tire for all your hard work!! You guys Rock! ?????”
“I happened to break down right by this shop and couldn't have been luckier to get Tom. He was clearly busy when I walked in and stopped to check it out. He was able to charge my battery and send me on my way while I went to the Tin Can for a drink. If I didn't already have a trusted mechanic, I would definitely see him again. “Heads up Mike is the best, I had brakes - Rotors and tires done in October 2024 then moved out of town. 9,000 miles and 9 Months later I had scorched front Rotors and half my brake pads were gone.( 12 Month unconditional warranty on parts per Nappa policy) Mike stood up for me and demanded that the distributor pay me back for parts from out of state. They didn't want to, but he got me a full refund and Nappa mailed me a check for $550 to cover replacement costs for new Rotors,front and back. He stands behind his work and I was in a bad spot that he helped me navigate.”

I didn’t feel pushed into a vehicle I didn’t want and didn’t ask for. Upon picking up my new Vehicle it was clean and ready when. The process of paperwork was smooth and not rushed! All my questions were answered and the functions of my vehicle were addressed and shown to me before I left so I could understand it all easily! Kaiden spent time with me showing me how to download and use the Mitsubishi app! I will recommend this dealer to friends and family because of my experience. Both the sales man and sales manager were polite and great to work with!

“Slid off the road tonight during a really bad snow storm. Called Antioch Automotive and they picked up right away, I didn’t get a call center somewhere across the globe. The lady was very friendly and they arrived onsite in a half hour which is nuts considering the weather. They pulled it right out, and they were cautious to take good care of my truck.
