As someone who ships not only all over the US but also to Canada, these guys never failed to get my package where it needed to be. I am always promptly served and assisted. Ignore the negativity. Just because they were having a bad day doesnt mean you have to. Treatment earns treatment.

Great improvement since Laurie Tarman was promoted to Postmaster. Outstanding customer service by everyone under the new leadership.
