I've been shopping here for 20 years and although most of the staff is friendly and helpful, the thing that has me going elsewhere is that I would say 50% of the time I go in there for an item, they are out of stock. Their inventory management is terrible. I'm not talking rare and exotic items, nut, bolts, Stihl products, just about all the common items in all of the departments. Hate paying the Illinois sales tax, but Richmond's Ace is top notch.

Never been to a store that would not go look to see if item came in on delivery today.
As k ed if they can check to see if they might be able to see if it was possible that the item might be accessible. Insisted that it was probably buried. Will go to Ace in Richmond from now on even it is further away.
