Very poor customer service. The tellers are in a discussion with themselves and you have to wait until they're through with their gossip or talking about their families to get your banking help and then you're told to start using online instead of coming into the building by one of the tellers, I go to the Salem bank instead of twin Lakes. They're horrible small town mentality.

Where do I start? The staff aren't helpful here. You can sit in the drive-through for 10 minutes being ignored while watching the only teller spend 10 minutes talking to her friends. Just a joke! Tried filing a claim for a charge that was never refunded to me...got nowhere with these people ??

I am Very Dissatisfied with the lack of customer care from Catherine at the Twin Lakes, WI branch. No compassion or strive to be her best. Hopefully her defensive attitude won't inhibit the other staff from remaining positive.UPDATE:Catherine's "manager" called me one week later from his car so he was unable to answer specific questions about my account and I asked him to call me back while at a computer and he did not call me back or even return my call to him. Very poor customer service as well!

Ever since BMO Harris took over M+I this institution has gone down the crapper. Lousy customer service, can't even access larger amounts of MY CASH without a weeks' notice. Twin Lakes and Paddock Lack are both the same.....poor. Every time I walk in the place I feel like my BP rises and I am about to do battle just to get what I need that day. I usually end up walking out without what I came for. They changed (eliminated) my executive level account which gave me free ATM transactions without even telling me. I keep a lot of money in my account and don't make jack for interest which I understand is not unique to BMO. I AM DESPERATELY TRYING TO FIND A MORE ACCOMMODATING BANK WITH WHICH TO DO BUSINESS. Unfortunately, I am finding that they all suck.

I have been banking here since 1998- if you ever have an issue with your accounts stop in and see the staff here, over 60 years combined banking experience, they are solutions based banking with a personal touch!
