They solved our issues and then have been great with ongoing maintenance. We’re going on two years and have been really happy. Very responsive and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Recently purchased a house and I didn’t know I purchased a family of 5 groundhogs as well! Within 1 week 3 of them were caught! They stopped by routinely and checked on the traps, they baited them every time they came back out and they even left a few extra traps. They are super reliable & fast!

Stateline Animal Control was extremely professional. From the first call to follow up calls, Kristy and the crew were knowledgeable and helpful. They even worked with my insurance company. The physical abatement, fix of the entry hole and clean up was amazing. I would recommend them!

Company switched to Tomcat bait boxes from a quality brand. After a raccoon easily busted through one and dragged another far away from the house, I asked them to swap out the inferior boxes for the quality ones. They refused. Previously, I caught one of their techs filling the bait boxes with bait from a Tomcat bag, not the commercial grade promised. The tech saw that I noticed and nervously explained that he was only using it as a carry bag...that he wasn't servicing the stations with Tomcat brand. I didn't really believe him, but who knows. I let it go as it seemed like a one-off. With the quality bait boxes and quality baits, they did control the mice, but I just lost faith in their business practices with the Tomcat garbage. A professional outfit should not be selling those bait boxes for any reason.2.5 stars would be fair.

We were very pleased with Stateline. They solved our skunk problem. Our techs Cody and Michael were very nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this company.

Please be careful if you use this vendor. They charge $550 for removal and sealing of the access points for the squirrels into your home. They came out for four days of a seven day cycle to trap the squirrels, and then on the fourth day made me aware that they could not seal the access points and that I would need a contractor to have them sealed, which meant the removal of the squirrels was useless as the squirrels could still get back in and wanted the full $550.00. They could have made me aware on day one, that they could not seal the access points the squirrels were using, but were more interested in getting the $550 than actually taking care of the problem. I found my home invaded by a disgusting squatter (raccoon). I called SAC. With in the hour they had a man at the house (Michael). He set the trap, evicted the varmint and patched the entry point. I found Stateline to be responsive, cordial and very professional. I strongly recommend them. Robert h. Twin lakes Wi.

We were very disappointed in the services Stateline provided. While we understood that there were no guarantees that all raccoons would be removed from our property, we paid $500+ for extended services and the traps provided did not stay set throughout the day and into the evening when raccoons would come out. So on most days there were no catches. In fact, the only days that the traps worked were when we reset, and sometimes added bait at dusk. When I complained about this, the only remedy the company offered that was a discount on additional services. Asking for payment for more services without a guarantee that traps would stay set throughout the day is bad business. We would definitely not recommend this company.... Read More

Ekkkk we had a mouse! Then the cat got another one so we reached out to Stateline for them to come out and take a look. They were back within the week to give our cat a break. Prompt service affordable and friendly. We will definitely recommend them.

We ended up having 2 issues (squirrels and bats) right after we bought our home, Stateline was great about their price quotes and time frame. Exceeded expectations on both issues, would absolutely recommend. Our Tech Michael was professional and courteous and very knowledgeable about the removal process.
