Drove an hour each way, just to be given the wrong parts, brought the wrong ones back and exchanged for the right ones and they didn’t offer any sort of refund or even in store credit for wasting 4 hours of my time, and gas money over their mistake. Best avoided.

I'm disappointed to give a business to business review, but I really don't want to do a blame game. I order two box sides and one came in a brand new box which that box side was great and the other one came in a box that been in a body shop for years and has damages I called and they just said I should of checked it be for I sign the shipping slip. The freight box was so well boxed why would it be the shipping companies problem. More so I think it was a returned part! The person I talked to asked if it was badly damage or is it something small only, damage is damage buddy I payed for a new part not a bent part. Sorry but ill have do second think before I order again big from Browns of Two River.

Horrible
Im restoring a old truck and purchased a new bumper. Kept bubble wrap on so I wouldn't scratch it. Before I put the molding on I started wiping it down and found it had a big dent in corner. Hard to see with chrome. Because I installed it im STUCK with it. Planting on showing it so will get a different one somewhere else
