We moved to this area at the end of May, set up an appointment on June. Wasn't really happy with our pedicures. Mine was so so, hubby said he wouldn't come back.

Omg I was so disappointed in this place. Iâm from out of town and have been here a handful of times with positive experiences. This time had nails done, technician âJerryâ used the drill on my nails 3 times, now the nails are brittle, pealing and very short (gel manicure) nail product came off top of nail, went back next morning to get fixed, very nice, but they exclaimed my fault. Another hour in chair. Next day same thing. Couldnât make back for 5 days, nails terrible by this time. I complained, again I was told my fault I was in hurry (itâs gel polish, which dries immediately) no apology or offer to redo, twice I mentioned I will need to try another place from now on for nails.
Next see my pedicure review. Basically same service.

Very nice people. They do a great job. However, they overbook their schedule. If you make an appointment and arrive on time, youâll sit and wait for at least 15 or more minutes until youâre actually seated. For a dip powder nail, Iâm usually there for 90 minutes or more, which is too long for me!

I was a walk in for a pedicure and manicure, they were super busy told me it would be about half an hour. By the time I decided on a color for my toes they were ready for me. Both people who work on me today were excellent.

Will be reporting to Better Business Bureau. Horrible first time. They cut me to where there was blood, and left the nail discolored (picture from when I was till in the chair) with no resolution and I had to Pay the full price. Couple weeks later, it's infected and I had to go to urgent care. Don't come here.

My nails look fabulous! This is my second time at CT Nails. Both times I had an appointment and was seated right away.
My nails. Both times I have loved my nails. The first time I had a French tip done. This time I had a dip nails done again but then asked for chrome as well. They turned out great!
Some comments: The nail technician this time kept getting nail dust in her eyes and I felt she should have had better eye protection. There were times when she said she couldn't see because the dust had gotten in her eyes.
Next, the armrest! The armrest was so cracked and broken up it was very uncomfortable on my arm. I looked at all of the armrests in the row and they all had the same appearance. I'm not sure how expensive an armrest is, but changing them out so the client's arms are comfortable when they are laying their arm on them for 2 hours might be nice.
The wait. I will say I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Thank goodness. However, I see how the staff is pressured to hurry. While I was still only halfway into my nail appointment, another appointment was seated next to me. I felt this created a sense of anxiety on the nail technician as she was trying to do my nails. Then, when my nails were about done someone asked if she was done and she said she had to do chrome yet. So, again, she was being rushed.
The woman sitting waiting for my appointment to finish and hers to start probably waited a good 45 minutes before she actually had her nails started. They did not have enough technicians in my opinion and they were trying to double up.
I would recommend CT Nails if you have an appointment, have plenty of time, want dip nails (the best for thin weak nails) and remember cash only!

I came here yesterday for a fill from a set I got from another salon. I was not happy with the way they turned out halfway through. I told the nail tech I would just like to leave I didnât like them and I wanted to go somewhere else to get them fixed and I would still pay for what she had done so far. The manager maybe owner then came over to âfixâ them after I repeatedly expressed how I would just like to leave. She finished the nails that then cost $45. On their website a fill is not even listed this high however maybe thatâs outdated. The nails are all different lengths and shapes with a drilled up cuticle. Now to go to my regular spot to get them fixed. Wouldnât recommend.

I scheduled an appointment for four friends for bridal nails at a specific time and date. I confirmed the date and time multiple times and had the receptionist say it back to me. I came on the date and they scheduled us for the wrong time and were unprofessional and unwilling to accommodate for the bride and bridal party. Poor customer service, would take your business elsewhere.

Horrible nail tech, Terry, does not know what she is doing. She appeared to be higher than a kite. Stay away.

Called and scheduled an appointment 2 days prior to today - arrived and they said they didnât have me in the books. Said that I must have gotten the wrong day - couldnât find my phone number anywhere as they looked a week ahead. Oh we can schedule for next week?! NO I need a powder fill now. Ugh how frustrating. I had been there 4 times before for a fill! No more!!!!!!
